The policy is from an A.M. Best A rated insurance company. Any claims are processed quickly and efficiently.
There are no deductibles.
Instant Coverage: Coverage starts the moment you complete the application and submit payment.
Your Certificate of Insurance (as evidence to others that you are insured) will be sent via
email and you can access your account to make changes and/or re-print your certificate any time.
Flexible Coverage: Our insurance plan covers you wherever you provide your service, whether in
your own office or home, a spa or resort, at a event, clinic, mall or corporate or outside location.
We even cover you if you’re working outside your local area by serving all 50 states
in the U.S. It’s a plan as mobile and flexible as your practice!
Experienced Coverage: If you are named in a lawsuit, an experienced attorney will represent you if needed.
Whatever the outcome, this policy pays for legal fees, court costs, and any judgments involving claims
or allegations in the following areas:
Premises Coverage: If you are working out of your home, lease, renting or are paying for space
in a building you could be held liable for accidents or damages.
Our premises coverage protects you up to $100,000 for any damages you cause as the policy
holder or even if someone falls going to or from your place of service.
This insurance plan DOES NOT cover Property Damage arising out of the conduct of any person or organization other than a Member.
It DOES NOT COVER Theft. It DOES NOT COVER Natural Disaster.
Exclusions include, but not limited to:
• T-bars
• Sexual abuse
• Acquired Immune Deficiency SyndromeTransmission of a Communicable Disease
• Body Piercing
• Laser Hair Removal
• Permanent Makeup and Tatooing Manipulations or adjustments of thehuman skeletal structure.
